Delete your account

Delete your MINDCREST: IQ MASTERS account and its data from the web, without the app. Enter the e-mail address linked to your account, confirm with the code we send, and the account is deleted.

You can also delete your account inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.

What is deleted

Your profile: display name, avatar, age group, education, goals and settings (removed immediately).
Linked sign-in methods (e-mail, Apple, Google) and all device credentials.
Game progress, sessions, Power Points, cosmetics, achievements and entries in running leaderboards and competitions (fully purged after 30 days).

What is kept

Anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.
Finalized leaderboard results, without your name.
Records we must keep by law (for example store purchase receipts held by Apple or Google).
